The Malaherd Story
We all have that special breed that we are drawn to. We wanted to honor two of our incredible fur babies, who we lost prior to opening – an Alaskan Malamute and a German Shepard. Instead of incorporating their names, we decided to use their breeds. Thus, Malaherd was born – “Mala” for Alaskan Malamute and “Herd” for German Shepherd.

I don’t get the sense that they are trying to upsell us on anything, they have been kind but straightforward on care and have allowed us to find medications cheaper providing us with the medication, which is allowing us overall better care of our pets.
